Beauty Wishlist Edit
Hi everyone! Today I wanted to share with you some products that are on my beauty wishlist. I’ve been updating and revising it lately as it’s my birthday this month, and I love gifting myself! On this list, I have put products from many categories but all of them have been on my radar for a long time. I hope that this short list will give you some inspiration for new beauty buys but if you have already used any of these products please let me know, I would love to know your opinion!
Philip Kingsley Haircare Products
I came across these products thanks to Lorna from @lornaluxe Instagram account. She’s started using the at the beginning of the lockdown and was really happy with them so I have ordered a sample for myself. I’ve chosen the Body Building shampoo and it turned out to be amazing. Now, after 3 months, Lorna has shared her results and she looks stunning. She’s got at least double the amount of hair comparing to what she had before as well as much more volume and moisture. Products that were the base of this transformation were Body Building Weightless Shampoo, that is meant to add volume and help rebuild damaged hair and the revolutionary Elasticizer hair mask that strengthens and hydrates your hair. Lorna has also used scalp drops but they were an addition that was meant to suit her needs (hydrating the scalp and growing out new hair).
FOREO LUNA fofo Smart Facial Cleansing Brush colour Midnight
Quite a popular brand and a product that I have been thinking about for a while. Foreo Luna is a waterproof device that helps to deeply and thoroughly cleanse your skin. This smart device connects to an app in your phone and is customizing the way of cleansing and massaging to your face and your needs. Very clever and is claimed to really be doing a great job. I have been reading about that quite a lot and I feel that the moment of the purchase is close…
Typology Exfoliating Serum with 10% Glycolic Acid
Typology is a brand that has caught my eye a while ago. It’s great when it comes to natural, simple and effective products based on acids, serums, cremes and concentrates. Products can be bought separately but also in bundles. I’m particularly interested in an exfoliating serum based on 10% Glycolic Acid. It’s focused on cleansing and reducing the visibility of skin pores as well as getting rid of blackheads. And those are my nightmare si it is worth trying something that can actually make a difference.
Futuredew Serum Glossier
I got a sample of this serum with my last Glossier order, but I’ve tried it relatively recently. Futuredew is a hybrid serum that should provide a fresh and glowy look to the skin for the whole day and make it look healthy. It should be used as the last step in your skincare routine, just before the makeup. I have tried it on top as a replacement for highlighter and the effect was great. Futuredew gives a delicate glow and creates an effect of wet skin, which looks great with light, natural makeup.
Summer Fridays R+R Face Mask
This heavenly rose mask is getting only positive opinions. It’s smoothing and brightening and natural oils that are its ingredients (argan oil, avocado oil) are effectively nourishing and soothing your skin. What else could you possibly want? I honestly cannot wait to try it!
Ouai Texturizing Hair Spray
Ouai is an American haircare brand established by Jen Atkin, who is a hairstyle stylist for The Kardashians amongst the others. They have many products in their offer from shampoos to oils and even perfumes. I’m particularly interested in the texturizing hair spray as my hair has always been very heavy and flat, and this one is meant to add lots of volume to your hair.
That's all for today! Definitely let me know if you have tried any of these products, I would love to know your thoughts. Also feel free to comment below what's on your beauty wishlist or with any questions that you'd like to ask! xx
